Bubble Shooter Invasion is a game in which the player pops clusters of three or more colorful bubbles hanging in rows on a dark gray and black playfield. They attempt to earn the highest score possible, collect gold crown coins, and rank high against other online players.
The game provides the player with a projectile bubble outside of a shooter, three preview projectiles, a laser aiming line, and a color-matched targeting bubble. It assigns a higher number of points when they target clusters above non-matched bubbles in what's known as an avalanche move. When a cluster of one-color bubbles above non-matching, multi-colored ones pops, some or all those bubbles also pop.
The player can use coin winnings to purchase boosters that help them clear bubbles from the field faster. One booster removes the current projectile from play. The other one matches the projectile to a cluster of bubbles of any color. The player purchases these tools with coins. They collect coins during ad-view popups.
Bubble Shooter Invasion penalizes the player if they miss popping a cluster too many times. It adds one or more rows of mixed bubbles to the field.
The player can track their weekly and all-time local and global rankings against other online players using the icons near the upper-right corner.
