Bubble Queen Cat is a bubble-shooting game in which a player rescues cats trapped in bubbles. The game presents the player with a variety of colorful, connected bubbles hanging from the top of a playfield in a wide range of patterns in front of ancient ruins. The player must remove all the bubbles from the field before they run out of projectiles.
The player receives a ring-shaped shooter that features two projectile bubbles that they can swap around at any time. The shooter also features a laser targeting line that changes colors to match the projectile.
Bubble Queen Cat removes bubbles whenever the player creates lines of three or more bubbles of matching colors. The game gives the player a lot of useful boosters to make clearing the field easier and faster. These boosters include electric bubbles that zap horizontal lines, rainbow bubbles that make a projectile any desired color, bomb and dynamite bubbles that take out sections of bubbles and thunder bubbles that hit random bubbles with lightning bolts. It also features unique bubbles that remove swathes of bubbles in the direction of a compass arrow.
When the player wins a level, they're rewarded points and up to three gold stars marked with paw prints. They're also given an opportunity to increase boosters and coins with daily rewards, achievement gifts and a lucky spin wheel.
