Bubble Pop Hit is a bubble-shooting game with a rescue element and a portal and space travel theme. The player's main goal is to save golden stars trapped in hanging bubbles by shooting projectiles from a ring shooter. They earn points, coins, gems and stars as winnings.
The player receives two projectiles on a white ring. They use one to form a cluster of three or matching connected bubbles. They can shoot directly at a cluster or bounce a bubble off a side wall. They can also shoot bubbles in groups above other bubbles.
When they pop bubbles above non-matching ones, all bubbles below that cluster that aren't connected anywhere else drop into four swirling portals at the bottom of the screen. When the player drops enough avalanches and performs a streak of shots, the portals release stars into the air that make it harder to play by creating a distraction.
Bubble Pop Hit allows the player to use boosters that include bombs and rockets to pop bubbles and reach trapped stars faster. The player can also swap projectiles on the ring. Any remaining projectiles at the end of the game supply them with extra points and coins. They can use their coins to add extra tools in a level, such as an aiming line, three swappable projectiles on the ring at a time, and 10 extra projectiles per level.
On the main screen, they can shop for items, claim daily gifts and rewards, and explore a space map.
