Bubble Balls: Lollipops is a bubble-popping game. The player's goal is to complete tasks across more than a hundred levels along a swirled hard candy button path in a dessert world made of sweet treats that include cakes, chocolates, gumballs, marshmallows, ice pops, and, of course, lollipops!
At the start of their journey, the player helps a friendly elephant on the path collect watermelon slices, release super candy, and complete other tasks by popping bubbles in the shapes of lollipop tops with matching swappable projectiles. The game attaches the bubbles either to the top of the playfield in hanging rows or to the sides of a rotating wheel with a super candy center. The player earns points, golden swirl hard candy coins, and up to three stars per level. They receive more coins by viewing videos.
Bubble Balls: Lollipops treats the bubbles both like bubbles and balls. Bubbles removed in clusters of at least three identical bubbles pop in place. Any bubbles attached under those bubbles drop into baskets and then pop. The game rewards points for popped and dropped bubbles and unused bubble projectiles. It also assigns a multiplier to the points when the player pops a specific number of consecutive clusters. To play more efficiently with boosters, the player can use their coins to buy five extra projectiles, a super candy projectile or a black bomb projectile.
The player also receives the opportunity to play a Thousand Balls Mode. The game challenges them to remove 1,000 lollipop tops from the field.
