Brainrot Boing Boing Merge is a Suika merge game with a similar theme as Merge Fellas and Merge Merge: Brainrot Drop. It features brainrot characters from common online competitions and memes. The player's goals are to merge matching characters to eventually create Tralalero Tralala.
The game displays a clear container in front of a moving background. Inside the container, it offers a primary drop character and a dynamic dashed targeting line. It displays a preview of the next character in the upper-right corner. Below the container, it shows silhouettes of the potential merge outcomes on an evolution arrow.
When the player merges matching brainrot characters, they reveal hidden ones on the arrow. That said, they can evolve the character skins as well. At the end of a round, they unlock new versions of the characters that allow them to create different evolution outcomes.
Brainrot Boing Boing Merge generates an explosive force during merges that can cause characters to shift into unwanted positions. The player must wait for a merge to stop before they drop the next character or risk a failure to complete a specific merge. If they want to shake the container to force new merges or free up space for additional ones, they can use the upper-right Shake button. They merely need to view an advertisement.
