Block Puzzle Gem is a block puzzle game in the line-formation subcategory. A young jungle explorer needs the player's help to collect gemstones from ancient ruins. The player creates and removes lines of cut gemstone blocks by placing polyomino shapes on a 10x10 board. They also attempt to earn the highest score ever.
This game features classic block puzzle action. The player forms 10-block columns or rows with the shapes. They receive the pieces in sets of three below the board. They collect gems faster and earn the most points when they complete and remove multiple block lines with one move.
That said, the game also offers unique activated booster fun. When the player completes a line that has a booster, such as rockets, the tool removes one or more partial lines of nearby gems as well. The boosters typically appear at random on any gemstone when the player places a shape.
Block Puzzle Gem displays the player's score with blue numbers in the upper area of the screen. It presents the all-time best score next to a gold trophy in the upper-left area.
When the player only has one move remaining, the game outlines the squares on the board that match the shape with yellow frames. If they run out of space, they must restart the game and try to beat their previous score. They can revive their play with a single ad view.
