Block Merge Puzzle 2048 is an endless merge game in the gravity subcategory that's most similar to Suika games. Against a dark blue background, the player drops round-cornered numbered blocks below a horizontal line into a merge zone to combine matching pairs and earn the highest all-time score.
All merged blocks form the sum of the pair. For example, two 2 blocks create a 4 block, two 4 blocks form an 8 block and so on. This game is gravity-based, which means that the blocks act in ways similar to objects influenced by gravity. Some drop like stones and bounce little, while others roll. When a block hits another at an angle, the impact force can make the second block slide or bounce.
The game displays the players' points in white in the upper-center area above a preview of the next block available to drop. If the player starts over for any reason, their last-base score appears in gold next to a golden crown above the current score.
Block Merge Puzzle 2048 forces the player to restart if they allow the blocks to stack up beyond the horizontal line. It helps them prevent a loss by offering them an unlimited upper-left blue bomb button. With this booster, the player can shake and reposition all blocks within the merge zone.
