Ball Sort: Color Puzzle is a ball-sorting game in the laboratory subcategory of games that typically requires a player to sort colored balls or bands of liquid. In this game, the player rearranges shiny colored balls that look like glass marbles in test tubes. Their goals are to sort all balls into one-color stacks and unlock new levels.
The game doesn't auto-sort mini stacks of matching balls like other similar games. Instead, the player must fill the flasks ball by ball, even if they need to transfer a mini stack of two or more matching ones.
The player can move the balls into an empty container or a gap above a color-matched ball. If the test tube doesn't have enough space, the player must find a different sorting solution.
Ball Sort: Color Puzzle increases the number of colored balls and test tubes over time. That said, it allows the player to reload a level at any time with an upper-left double-arrow button. It also provides upper-right buttons that make the reload option mostly unnecessary. The player can use the back arrow button to reverse their last move or the flask-marked button to add an empty test tube to the field.
The first button becomes unavailable after five uses, but the game resets it with each new level. The player merely needs to view an advertising video to use the second button.
