ASMR: Nail Treatment is an educational game with career-simulation, healthcare and makeover elements. The player works at a facility called ASMR Clinic. During a live broadcast, they help a patient correct serious fingernail problems using professional medical and sensory-based treatments. They also select a completely new overall look for the client and provide nail design services.
The game directs the player through three main sets of tasks. With the first one, they restore nails damaged by a fungal infection. They trim and shape the nails, heal the cuticles, treat the infection, and apply a vitamin solution. They then update the patient's eye color, eyelash length, makeup, hair, clothing and accessories. Some selections require ad-supported viewing. The player can use a lower-right button marked with a mystery die to prompt the game to make random choices.
In the nail art area of ASMR: Nail Treatment, the player changes the shape of the fingernail tips, uses nail polish, applies prefabricated patterns, adds stickers, and attaches gems and other objects. They can combine these actions and increase or decrease the sizes of pieces. After they finish the first nail, they can copy the design to the other nails or make each nail different.
