Arkadium Classic Solitaire is a simulated Klondike Solitaire game presented on the virtual green top of a classic playing-card table. It features 52 playing cards from a standard deck arranged face-up and face-down in seven layered columns starting with one card in the first column and seven cards in the last column. The table has a draw pile above the columns that the player can set up for one- or three-card draw. It also has four empty spaces known as the foundation.
The player's primary objective is to reorder the cards in the columns to transfer them by suit to the foundation spaces starting with the Ace and building in sequential order up to the King. The only way they can complete this task is by arranging the cards in the columns into builds of descending, sequential, alternating-color cards from the King down to the Ace.
Arkadium Solitaire provides the player with precisely 10 minutes to win the game. That said, it also supplies a hint tool that highlights cards that they can use in a build with flashing yellow around the card edges. If the player makes a mistake with a move, it also allows them to undo the move without penalty.
