Ancient Mahjong is a simple puzzle game with one primary objective: To clear the board in as few moves as possible, with each move being either a swipe or a tap.
The player starts with an empty board and tiles that can be matched up to clear them from the board. These tiles must have the same number on them. The number on the tile is how many connected tiles are present in that one area of the board. For example, if the number is 3, there are three tiles in one horizontal row of three.
There are five different types of tile you can match up during the game, each with its unique abilities! The White Dragon Tile has the power to clear all tiles above it. The Green Dragon Tile can clear all touching tiles on its right or left side. The Red Dragon Tile clears all matching tiles stacked on top of it. Once the Blue Dragon Tile is matched, you will receive a bonus move that will be specifically helpful depending on what level you are playing. And finally, the Orange Tiles have no unique ability, but they count for more points than normal tiles when clearing them from the board or matching up with other tiles!
The player starts on the left side of the board and works their way across to the right. It would be best to clear enough tiles from each row to allow you to move along that row to the next. Making a match will remove all matching tiles from the board and give you some bonus points depending on how many tiles were matched up in a row.
